Forum Guidelines
First thing to know: this forum is mainly made up of slash fans, aka people who enjoy the male/male aspects of fandom. We will not tolerate hateful comments -of any nature or issue- so please be aware of this before you start posting/join.

Discussion

Before You Start:
When you join, please make an introduction thread for yourself so forum members will be able to get to know you (follow the instructions in the ‘Introduction and Posting Info’ thread). We don’t mind some discussion within these threads, but please make sure posts either welcome the new member or contain some substance. In other words, please do no spam excessively.

Betas:
This forum is for the request of beta readers, or if you would like to volunteer your services.

Fic Recommendation:
Within this section, you may post links to external fanfiction which you enjoy. Please follow the guidelines for reccing fanfiction, especially if something is of a mature theme. While some discussion of the stories is allowed, please keep on topic.

Open Forum:
This forum is for discussion, obviously, as well as the word games and sharing things you’ve found on the net (not fan fiction, please post that in the ‘Fic Recommendations’ forum). You may post about the fandoms or real life in this forum, anything which generates discussion. We believe in the progression of conversation, so if you go off topic that is okay. Spamming, however, is not. Please make sure each of your posts has a point as we’re striving for intelligent discussion. While no one likes lurkers, if you think someone is on the forum please talk to them outside and do not make topics asking them to reply. When they want to, they will post, so please wait until they make an introduction thread for themselves.

Fanworks & General Fiction

This section is pretty straight-forward. Post you fanfiction in Fanworks, either in the corresponding fandom forum, or in the Miscellaneous forum if one does not exist for your fandom. The title should be the name of the fanfic, while the subtitle should denote fandom (if necessary) , pairing and warning if of mature subject matter. In General Fiction you may post original stories with original characters. From time to time, the admin will generate challenges for the forum members; right now we are offering weekly prompts which can be found in the calendar. Remember, every writer loves feedback so please leave comments if you read a piece of writing.

Help!

Having a problem with the forum? Want to request a change or new section? Here is the place to do it. One of the admin will respond to your thread as soon as possible.

Other Things to be Aware Of:

The 'edit post' function is enable, so please do not double post. Edit the previous post to add in your new comments. Also, we will make periodical reviews of the members list. If someone has joined and not made many posts (say, at least five in total) in 6 or more months, they may have their membership deleted. We are not striving for a high member count, but members who actively participate in our forum.

Topics or posts which violate these guidelines are subject to deletion. Concerning members, banning will be a last resort and hopefully we will never have to do this. We don't want to be strict, just want everyone to practice common courtesy and make this an enjoyable experience for all members.
