An expanded reccomendation corner, Would it work?

Could we have a reccomendation corner for one-shot mangas and other works, preferably unlicensed and scanlated by major groups? I can also translate chinese decently so we could run a mini translation service as part of some scanlation. I don't know. But that's not related to my main topic. Like we have places like Dangerous Pleasure and other places doing scanlations. We could provide reviews on what's hot and what's not. This could extend to new works and old works and while we shouldn't be giving links, we can direct people to legitimate sources or merely tell people to look out for it and buy the original when it gets released.

Any thoughts?

The Whats Hot and Whats Not thing.... Kinda like giving reviews on certain things? Like anime/manga/movies/video game...ect? I like that idea.

As I already suggested, how about an icon share area? Loads of people like to make or collect icons.

Sounds good. I don't know how to make icons though, although I wonder if I can get some advice from a couple of friends . . .

How should we go about setting up the sections for these though?

First we need content. If you're ready I can set up the section for this under ... fanwork? Or should it get its own section? But you should have an edit forum section if you access the admin CP and as long as you do everything up till the final permissions level, and complete that appropriately, it should work out fine.

EDIT: I added a Special Service section and a topic called Icon-mania with a description. You can easily edit anything you think is inappropriate by adjusting it. At the moment only members and admin can see it from the admin CP or do anything on it.
