Spell Effects: The spell causes tiny, rapid vibrations of the brain to occur. The vessels and nerve endings start to break down and rupture just seconds after it's cast, and it causes unbearable pain and hysteria within the head. Nerve reactions usually happen, causing uncontrollable twitching or jerking.
1-19 seconds: No outward appearing effects, other than the victim's movements, often accompanied by screaming, so long as the muscles that control sound aren't affected.
20-29 seconds: Violent nose bleed occurs, brain damage becomes probable, but not severe.
30-44 seconds: Bleeding of the mouth accompanies nose. Brain damage is certain. Mild to severe, depending on the victim.
45-59 seconds: Bleeding of the ears follows the first two. Brain damage is severe, most likely to leave the victim with permanent physical effects and debilitating problems.
60-74 seconds: Finally, bleeding from the eyes completes drain from all head cavities. Victim will more than likely be permanently crippled by brain damage, if it does not kill them at this point. This includes every kind of motor function and level of comprehension. Victim will most likely be all or mostly paralyzed and behave like someone who's gotten a full frontal lobotomy.
75+ seconds: Certain death.
