Monolith has officially started up a new RPG, ....and hopefully it's Baten Kaitos 3

Indeed, all we can do is sit and wait, and hope. Let's all keep our fingers crossed for it to be a third Baten Kaitos game (though if it isn't it could still be something good).

And why are some of the posters hoping for Mario RPG 2? People, they're called the Paper Mario and Mario & Luigi series!

Haha, yeah, I was like"WTH?" when I saw people asking for a Mario RPG from Monolith . . . what a waste that would be. O_O

And it's good to "see" you too. I stopped visiting forums when I started doing Parkour. I've started browsing again after picking up Tales Of Vesperia.

I don't know, this news is from October 21.
Is this website trustable though? We'll see, it could as well be any other game or something like a Day of Disaster 2 but let's hope.

True, any mention of Tri-Crescendo would make a new Baten Kaitos game more likely.

Still, it's given me a bit more hope than I previously had for a third game being made anytime soon.

The new game that Monolith Soft has been working on is called Monado: Beginning of the World. Here is a trailer for it:

Hopefully it turns out to be a great game, it looks pretty cool so far. Very reminiscent of Star Ocean.

Also, Tri-Crescendo has been working on Fragile, which I'm sure you all have heard of.

I figured that Monado: Beginning of the World was the new RPG they were working on. It looks interesting and somewhat reminds me of PSO, but there's next to no information on this game.

Tri-Crescendo is done with Fragile. We're just waiting for Xseed to release it in North America. Of course with Monolith no doubt being busy at the moment, if there are plans to work on a third Baten Kaitos, it won't be for a while.
