While a few sources have claimed that Ubi has put BG&E 2 on the shelf for now, directing resources to other projects, a Ubisoft editor speaking to a French website stated that BG&E 2 is still on course and always has been. Can the conspiracy be exposed, the truth captured? Check out the latest posts here. BG&E Voyager

I honestly didn't think the gameplay was as bad as reviewers said. I completely understand where they were coming from, but for me it wasn't so awful, plus the style won over!

8 Days is about a "bad guy" who gets revenge on a mob syndicate, and a "good guy", a detective, who's searching for the same syndicate, that's kidnapped his son. Both their paths cross, and the story takes place over a period of 8 Days across 8 different states. Apparently, it's in real time too. If you play at night, the game takes place at night.

I never like games as much where you play as more than one character; it takes the immersion out (for me anyway) when it jumps between characters.

Hopefully it isn’t too real time where if you don’t play for a few days the characters starve to death or something (like seaman).

If I played it on my 360 it would always be 12:00 since it forgets what the date is when it’s unplugged.
Even the humble Dreamcast is capable of remembering the date when unplugged.

I actually feel the same way about switching characters, but in The Getaway games it's tolerable by me.

I assume the real-time element will be just whether you play in day or night.

Holy crap...a teaser trailer for a sequel to American McGee's Alice has debuted! :ahh: That came out of nowhere! I'm super-glad about this, the first was pretty darn creepy and imaginative, and check out the animation in the teaser trailer!

Wow that is surprising, it reminds me I need to pick up Alice.
I hope it turns out better than Bad Day LA.

Ooh, first Alice is one of the must-haves for me. Same goes with the new Alice. Let's hope American McGee finally makes a great game again.

Ahh, I just found out that this trailer is actually fan-made! Mcgee even said that nothing in the trailer says anything about the art style or story. In fact, Alice 2 was announced a couple months back! Hell of a trailer though.

Biggest graphical fail title this year wins a RE 5.
And most fucked up Multiplayer title gets COD: MW2
Little comparison.

By my mind anyway.

My dad borrowed my playstation and he hasn't given it back yet, so i haven't been able to play anything unless i play on my brothers playstation. which is difficult since he is always playing something. But i did get to play a bunch of twisted metal games on saturday when he and my sister decided to go to jinx's house.

I need to finish the first game still. I remember being excited about it, but not getting past the some part of the game where a bug stopped from playing. I tried it multiple times but the game just threw me back to the desktop.

Pity though, especially since I actually paid for the game and all :P Perhaps my laptop could cope with it, I guess it could...

Yeah I haven't played it in a while; when I tried booting it up for a second playthrough, it would just kick me to desktop. How I got it to work originally is beyond me. Of course, there's probably a patch/mod, i'll have to look.

Oh, and Modern Warfare 2! :D The fight comes home :arr:
