"So I'll just play Graceful Charity from my hand, which allows me to draw three cards, as long as I give up two from my hand."

Citou draws three cards from the deck: Dian Keto the Cure Master, Soul Release, Injection Fairy Lily.

Citou discards from his hand: Malice Dispersion, Mirage Knight.

"I will play Dian Keto the Cure Master to increase my Life Points by 1000. And because I have Fire Princess on the field, you will take 500 points of damage."

"And then I will activate Soul Release to remove that Vampire Lord from your Graveyard so it doesn't come back into play next turn. And finally-- I will finish this battle-- right now"

Citou holds the card Injection Fairy Lily above his head, bringing it down onto his duel disk forcefully.

"Sai----"

A dark shroud appeared instead of the fairy. Citou stared at his opponent, confused. A revealed Trap card was visible on the other side.

"You really didn't think it would be that easy, did you, Citou? My Reverse Reiatsu trap card probably threw your well-planned strategy a little out of whack, didn't it?"[/pink]

"Reverse what? I've never heard of such a card before."

She giggled.

[color=pink]"I didn't think so. Let me explain how it works."

Citou's monsters shattered suddenly, leaving only the black shroud on his side of the field. The girl's other trap card also disappeared. A dark shroud appeared on her side of the field, opposite Citou's.

"Now the card Reverse Reiatsu changes the game entirely. In case you haven't noticed, both our LP is at zero. We each have no cards on the field except these weird black things, and of course Reverse Reiatsu. Basically, that monster you just summoned is indestructable, unless my monster in this shroud destroys it. The same applies to this monster I'm summoning from my deck. You can't kill it unless Lily kills it. Oh this is going to be so much fun! Oh yeah, and if you lose your monster, you win the game."

"What? How does that work? I win if Lily is destroyed? And what is keeping you from summoning a monster with no attack points so I can't win at all?"

"Don't be silly, Citou! I have plenty of restrictions too! First off, you aren't that weak. I can only activate Reverse Reiatsu when my opponent summons a monster that bears my name. I, in turn have to summon a monster that bears his name. That make sense for you"

Injection Fairy Lily emerges from the shroud on Citou's side of the field.

"Uh... what? Nevermind. If they just destroy eachother in battle, can I just get out of here?"

Jay Sanders rolls around the corner. He raised his laser and pulled the trigger. Beams of red light lanced up at his opponent's vest.

"Aaargh!"

Jay smiled. "Come now, is that the best you can do!?" He whirled around and opened fire at two more members of the enemy team.
