A hunting We Shall Go, Mardoc and Silence Hunt

He looked around as a new scent wafted into his path. It was a male, and he figured it belonged to his sister's little friend.
He turned around to see the brute, and he slowly, but not cautiously, approached him.

"I am the Alpha, Mardoc. You must be Kir's friend. You are allowed to stay, if you want."
He shot a glance over to his sister and gave a wry smile.
"I'm sure she'd love it... haha."




Kiri gave her brother a playful, embarrassed, menacing look as he finished up his sentence.
She trotted up to Tobi, and gave him a toothy grin.
"So....??"

Silence followed the Alpha's gaze with caution. She breathed in the smell of others. With a gruff smile she followed nehind the alpha. She studied the wolf, then looked at the alpha and smiled softly.
She turned her head away as thoughts of someone dear to her invaded her mind. After all this time, her heart still called for her father. As she turned her head back, she sighed.

The brute's gaze flicked to the side and he cocked his head, listening to the alpha for a moment and then watching as Kiri came up to him. He raised a 'brow' slightly at her attitude and shook his head with a sigh. "Sure i'll stay. There's a storm going on where I usually live...so this'll just be temporary anyways." He looked to the side at another wolf but he didn't ask who it was. He didn't really care. He was just here because Kiri invited him and somewhat because he wanted to be here as well. The alpha seemed nice enough...

"Name's Tobi." he said to the brute, looking over at him slightly as he flicked his tail over to one side.

Silence didn't say anything just flicked her tail waiting for the alpha to speak. With her being unsure if she could stay here, she just looked around. She sat, winching at the pain in her flank.

Mardoc got closer to Silence, wanting her to feel comfortable, which means he left his sister's side to be with the fae he had just barely met... but then again, he left his father's pack shortly after Kiri and Jose were born.

"Silence... are you okay?"
He inquired with a soft and low tone as he nudged her face with his ebon nose.
He looked down towards her injury and closed his eyes, trying to push the thought of her pain out of his mind.




Meanwhile, Kiri was happy, excited, and couldn't quite keep still. She acted as if she were a pup, though she was really not that young at all.
"Tobi, you'll like it here with my brother and I. He's one of the kindest souls around, si."
She spoke in his direction, and soon came to sit beside him.
Her golden eyes were bright, and so was her aura.

Tobi's gaze followed the alpha as he went over to the other fae. What was wrong with that other wolf? Was she hurt? The brute's ear flicked slightly at Kiri's voice and he shifted his gaze over to the fae as she sat down beside him. Her excitment started to rub off on himself and his tail thumped the ground slowly behind him. "I'm sure I will like it here." He said simply, shaking his head as a fly landed on his ear, making it twitch in response.

"Maybe we should leave these to alone..."

His voice held a tint of playful-ness in it as he eyed the alpha and the fae, standing up again and turning around. "Mind showing me around, Kiri?" he asked, tilting his head back to the fae with a lopsided grin. "Never been here before."

Silence blinked before a soft smile spread onto her lips. She nodded to his question as she felt a slight breeze. Watching the two wolves leave she felt at peace again. She like the alpha and felt confortable with him. She actually felt she had a connection with him. She wanted to muzzle him and tell him she was fine but knew she was a nobody, a newcomer in the pack. But she did want to feel like she was needed. She did like him, he was kind. She knew thjat males usually only had one thing on thier minds besides hunting, being alone for so long help her become aware of the dangers of males. But she felt he was different than brutes. She stood and smiled. "What do you want to do?"
