It's going to be for a new console, Nintendo 3DS. Which is probably going to be the console for BW, too.

My opinion on it? I think that Ocarina was a very good game. Amazing, in fact. I'll even bend down as low as to say it was beautiful.
Something's going to get fucked-up during the remake. I know that a lot of things are going to get way better, but it's going to be put on two screens and it's going to be really weird. And Nintendo are going to make a fortune off of it, and old OoT fans will rejoice cos it was the best game ever, and it's being remade into something epic.
I dunno, that's just not my mindset. I prefer the originals. Now when people think OoT they're going to think of the new thing on 3DS instead of the masterpiece on N64.

3DS...?

As has already been stated thousands of times, BW is going to be on the DS, with enhanced features for the DSi. No 3DS for Pokemon. Not yet.

Yes, but not 3DS's 3D. They'll utilise the same type of 3D that Diamond and Pearl utilise. i.e. 2D with shading and a sense of depth thrown in.

3DS...?

New console.
It sounds weird. ://

EDIT: 'Finally, Nintendo officially showcased its its brand new handheld, the Nintendo 3DS. As mentioned before, this new handheld has screens capable of displaying the 3D illusion seen in theatres onto the handheld without the need for any special glasses. In addition to that, it is also a technically suprior handheld to the Nintendo DS & DSi, boasting greater processing power and better graphics. The top screen is a 3.5" widescreen and runs at 400*240 resolution (800*240 native for the 3D) and the bottom screen is a 4:3 3 inch screen that runs at 320*240. This is an increase over the Nintendo DS which has two 256*192 screens.'
