New To AZPK Group: Members Posts: 19 Member No.: 357 Joined: 16-September 09	Whats up all you phoenix traceurs! I recently came across a gymnastics center that is great for training. I am there every friday for open gym if you want to meet. Website name is http://ultimategymnastics.com its at 7812 N. 12th St.

New To AZPK Group: Members Posts: 7 Member No.: 369 Joined: 22-October 09	never been in a gym setting..what do you do there? is it like i've seen in the vids with flip training and vaults over blocks? what is the cost for the open gym night? do you have to become a member? sorry about all the questions, just really new to this lifestyle

New To AZPK Group: Members Posts: 19 Member No.: 357 Joined: 16-September 09	Well, you can train on just about anything there, precisions, flips, muscle ups and all sorts of things, even if your looking for somewhere to just have fun really. No, you dont have to sign up for anything, you do have to give a bit of your info for safety reasons but thats about it. Also its 12 bucks every time you go for 2 hours, but thats too much time sometimes espesially for hard training days. Every couple of weeks they have a 5 hour gym night for 20 bucks too.
