Mei and Korinkuleft the town together and the girl hoped she would find her lost parents. She had never been here alone before. No, she was not alone. At last she had a friend that went with her. The Pokemon seemed to like her and played with her feet as she moved. She started to run a little and was glad to see that Korinku followed her close behind. Mei almost forgot all her troubles when Korinku played with her.
"Look what the professor gave me," she said and showed her friend some monster balls. "We can catch Pokemon." She smiled and her friend seemed to smile, too.

Then, Korinku accidentally steps on a sleeping ! Seedot gets angry and attacks!

Korinku stared angrily at the wild Pokemon, then tackled it with a body blow. It better keep out of the way.
Mei saw the fight and tried to calm her friend.
"There is no need to hit each others. Unless we're going to catch the Pokemon of course." She wanted to save her Monster Balls for something she really wanted.
Korinku kept looking at the other Pocket Monster.

Seeing that the wild Pokemon was still very healthy, Korinku tackled again to show that he was no easy opponent. He awaited that it would give up and realise who was strongest, or else Korinku would be more irritated.

Mei saw that the battle was going on and there was no way to stop it now. They could not go on until the other Pokemon was defeated.

"Ok, go on tackling it," she said to Korinku. She had trust in her Pokemon and did not think it would lose.

It was being more defensive now. Time to chase it off. Korinku struck with yet another body blow attack, a little disappointed of himself that he had let the growling affect him.

"You can do it, Korinku," Mei cheered. She hoped that would help her Pokemon. They would probably encounter more of these wild Pokemon, so this was good training for Korinku.

"Hey, it looks weak, Korinku!" One or two attacks would defeat it.

Korinku also noticed that the opponent was much weaker than before and leaped forward to tackle it again, but this time an electric tackle, a spark attack. It seemed that the opponent had been angry with the wrong Pokemon. Korinku was stronger than he looked.

Korinku used a normal Body Blow attack this time, trying to send the other Pokemon out of the way. Since it had become paralyzed, it couldn't be very fast. Maybe that was enough to get rid of it.
