To all intents and purposes, the material used in the making of these products and services are copyrighted to Alison Kate Crawford. All work used are of my own creation. All rights to this material must be sought from myself. If any material is already copyrighted, due warning will be given and all rights will pass to the original copy holders.

The exception, however, are the video creations and some image files. The footage and audio used in music videos and the like are not my own property and belong to their original artists. All credit will be given to these individuals and/or companies.

This site recognises both US and International copyright law and will take action if any material is used illegally from this site. This includes plagiarism, which is classified here as, and including: the removal of data and/or ideas without prior permission, claiming my work as your own, using material belonging to the copyright holder without first consulting said person, taking and using material without paying for services rendered in the process and failing to give proper acknowledgement as a legitimate source.

This site and all its material contained within adheres to two crwative commons licences which govern copyright.

1. Attribution Non-commercial No Derivatives

This license is the most restrictive of our six main licenses, allowing redistribution. This license is often called the “free advertising” license because it allows others to download your works and share them with others as long as they mention you and link back to you, but they can’t change them in any way or use them commercially.


2. Attribution Non-commercial Share Alike

This license lets others remix, tweak, and build upon your work non-commercially, as long as they credit you and license their new creations under the identical terms. Others can download and redistribute your work just like the by-nc-nd license, but they can also translate, make remixes, and produce new stories based on your work. All new work based on yours will carry the same license, so any derivatives will also be non-commercial in nature.
