Okay, first take the picture you want to have the eyes flashing.

Then open it up in Photoshop Image Ready.

Then Go to Window>Animation if it is not already on.

Then go to the box and click on the first frame and hit duplicate frame.
Its near the bottom, looks like a page folded over.

Then go to the layers toolbar. Click "create new layer"

Then click on the first frame again, and go back to layers, and click the eye next to the layer you just created.

Then go to the second frame(the one created after we duplicated). Make sure they layer we had created, has the eye showing on this frame.

Now, take the polygonal lasso toold and trase over the eye where your going to be putting the red or w/e color.

Then take your paintbrush(normal brush) and fill it in.


If there are two eyes, do the same thing for both.

So far it should look something like this:

Then go back to the first frame, and hit tween down at the bottom. It looks like three balls going from small to big. Make sure these settings are applied:

Tween With:Next Frame
Frames to add:30
All layers
And click all the boxes under parameter.
Hit ok

Then, on the last frame, duplicate it once. Then while on that frame, click the eye next to the second layer.

Then we are on the same frame, we hit tween again.

Tween with:Next Frame
Frames to add:20
All layers
And click all the boxes under parameter.
Hit ok

Then bam, ur done

I changed the picture to a link it was taking up too much space.

Also it is a bit messy, I know some other ways of doing it neater and better looking. Good effort either way.
