In about what... a week? Two spammers have hit the forums.
I guess it's the same person, just with two different names.

We should either remove the option that guests can posts,
or maybe our admin/global mod should get on more often?

What's your opinion guys?

But... can't they just kill the site, then?
Instead of letting it slowly die with a lot of spam on it?

So Law and 1shot, what are you guys gonna do?
Are you guys gonna close the site, let it slowly die, or try to revive it?

What we all need to do is post on whatever other forums we are already members of, and try to convince people to come here. Entice them with, -smaller, friendlier community -leadership opportunities (even if we don't give them any just say that there are a few mod spots open or something) -fun competitions, if ults can't run it for whatever reason we can work past that. But i'm sure he can, just if he doesn't check here anymore. -Advice for new players If we get newer gamers who have lots of questions and are excited about the hobby there will be more discussion of rules, tactics, army lists and posts regarding armies. They may also feel less threatened because its a much smaller forum that isn't just a big rigid heirarchy kind of affair like tau online. But in return we all need to actively get members and start discussions with each other and post pictures, even if its just pics of old models, just so that there is some activity. So if you're all willing we should do it, just organize when to start our advertising campaign. -------------------- Blue Clan known to let the beat...MMMDROP

Group: Red Moderator Posts: 432 Member No.: 13 Joined: 31-March 07	I still check here, but I'm on vacation for 4 of the next... 5 or 6 weeks, and then I go to boot for 16 weeks which is forced isolation, so Won't be able to do anything during that time. And then of course there will be a few weeks of setting up wherever they end up sending me, and then my availability becomes based around the armies ability to get me a working laptop and internet card... which I'm dubious about... after all, it is the army. I won't be able to actively participate for a while. --------------------

Someone could make a banner of some sort that we can have in our sigs on other forums, yah'know...
That might help to get some people over here.

Unfortunately, my Wargaming days are over. The only time I ever break out the paints is to do freelance work for Neff, a snowboarding company. However, I will check in here if you still want me to do all of the administrator jazz but I doubt that you'll see any of my work unless you'd like to see a belt buckle or a pair of sunglasses. Another option would be for me to relinquish my admin powers to 1Shot and then he could elevate another member to Global Moderator status. Anyway, just tell me what you think would be best for this site and I'll promptly and proudly will do it.
