one shot idea, up for use

Ok this just hit me while i was watching a Naruto amv and felt that it could make a really good one shot.

Basically it would be a naruhina story with a twist.

It would be well after the time skip and Naruto Hinata would have been at the least lovers if not more.

I figure Hinata is not considered fit to be head of the Hyuuga clan and is her bloodline is sealed with the caged bird but because of her age it kills her.

Naruto meanwhile had known that they were going to do it and told them not to warning them that if they do he will destroy the seal and release the kyuubi.

Well as i said they do it anyway because they dont believe he would do something like that. However having lost the one he loved he does.

Now i think this would just be a way for a aurthor to really explore the feelings of the characters as they go through these things and the thoughts of those around them.

You could also do a tidbit about the Akatsuki to see how they plan on capturing a fully released Nine Tails.

K thats it sorry if it's not very thought out or easy to read i litterally had this idea five minutes ago and haven't given it much thought.

Eh, this isn't a completely bad idea. I for one would not read it because of my inability to read anything that's Naruto/Hinata. Here's my question though. Why would he release the Kyuubi, who will likely destroy all of Konoha, when only Hinata is dead? I mean Kyuubi will kill the rest of his "precious people", and who's to say he'll live through releasing the seal? This idea just doesn't seem to be completely thought out, but that doesn't mean that it can't be done well.

Well in my thoughts after her death he would more or less go insane. But whatever its just an idea i had if someone feels like writing a story about it great if not great.

As for not reading it because it would be naruhina, eh it could really be any pairing i just thought that with the whole caged bird seal hinata would work better.

Having wrote this i just thought of a reason to go insane and release the kyuubi, Naruto had found someone that cared for him unconditionally his whole life and was just beginning to understand how great that was when it is taken from him in such a brutal way.

As far as reasons to go insane are that one isnt so bad is it?

Never said anything about living through the seals release or at least i dont think i did.

I could probably answer all this stuff better but for some reason im having trouble putting my thoughts into words just look at it as a basic idea for a one shot.

Naruto loses something he cares about a great deal and releases the kyuubi for vengeance.

I dunno, I sort of feel like Little Black Book already did what you are suggesting in a much more controlled and rational way.

Could you link the story where you say it's already done? I searched a little but i couldnt find anything that looked like it would end that way and i would love to read a story where this was done in a better manner.

K found it wasnt sure if the one you were speaking of was it because i had read it before, apparently i stopped reading it and missed the updates.

For one, I doubt that Naruto, especially if he had noticed Hinata in the first place, would be willing to sacrifice the safety of his other loved ones (namely Tsunade, Sakura, Iruka, Jiraiya, and etc.) purely for the sake of protecting her.

He would simply be too caring to do that; you'd have to be a pretty cold person to be able to cut off everything except for the one thing that mattered. Either that, or really fucking immature.

Maybe it is just me but i think that Naruto with his upbringing would latch on to someone who showed him love in the physical sense more then anyone else.

I mean look at how he latches on to people who could barely be called aquantinces (willing to risk his life for them). I dont think that it is to much of a stretch of the imagination for him to go insane and not care if he lived or died after losing someone that close to him.

As i said it doesnt have to be Hinata it's just with the Caged Bird Seal and her standing with her family it would be the most likely plot device used for this situation.

The biggest problem i would see is that the story would be rather angst filled and the author would have to be able to write Naruto's fast paced drop into insanity quickly without seeming rushed.
